The Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund, known as 'E-Rate" is a federally mandated program of subsidies to assist schools and libraries in their purchases of telecommunications equipment.
Administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) under the direction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), E-Rate discounts are available now to provide discounted pricing to qualified institutions on almost all of the equipment that Optibase provides.
